You, our customer, are #1 at Tri-State Running Company. To help ensure your 100% satisfaction we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. We want you to be completely satisfied with all of your purchases.
- shoes and/or apparel need to be accompanied with the original receipt
- shoes need to be returned in original box and apparel with original hang tags
- refunds will be in original form of payment
- worn apparel may only be returned if due to a manufacturer defect
- merchandise purchased with a gift card will receive an in-store credit
- no returns after 30 days; 90 days if due to a manufacturer defect
- clearance & sales items are final; no return or exchanges
If We Don’t Have It…We’ll Try to Get It Program!
If there’s an item in our collection that you would like to try-on, test and/or buy… but we don’t have it in inventory, we’ll special order it with absolutely no obligation to you. Just let us know your size and provide us a telephone number so we may contact you. With the exception of discontinued merchandise, we’ll try to get it in as soon as possible and we will call you to let you know it has arrived. If you buy it… great! If not, we’ll keep it! Due to contract limitations, it may be impossible to procure certain items.
Clinics and Information Sessions
From time to time Tri-State Running will offer clinics, classes and Informational sessions geared towards runners and walkers. Times and dates will be posted to our calendar and facebook. Some of the sessions include: nutritional clinics, PT sessions, injury clinics, yoga for runners, shoe clinics… |
